This stunning piece of the earth was dug up in late 2011 in Patagonia. It's unusual dinosaur egg shape excited those that had discovered it, but until it was brought before our expert lapidariests they had no idea what they had found.
This stone, with it's fiery hues of pink, purple, and orange, is a stone unlike any other. The druzy in the stone is comprised of tiny crystals in swirling colors, and the stone itself is devoid of the kind of inclusions that would detract from the natural, perfect beauty of the piece.
The twin piece to this stone is in a museum in Orange County for gem enthusiasts to enjoy, but we kept this magnificent piece for our very special clients.
-- Carved in the USA
-- Museum grade Argentine Agate
